From the Gulf of Saint-Tropez*, we propose you to leave with your driver-guide to discover the area of Bormes les Mimosas and Le Lavandou. On board our comfortable and air-conditioned van, your local guide and wine expert will share his knowledge of the area with you.

You will start your day by discovering the organic Domaine Sainte-Marie. The estate has its origins in the 18th century. These lands belonged then to the Chartreuse de la Verne, located a little higher in the Massif des Maures. Even today, surrounded by vines, olive trees and oak trees, the statue of the Virgin Mary hovers almost affectionately over the estate and its buildings. Marvel at the Sainte-Marie vineyard, which covers 40 hectares. Facing south, the soil is sandy and permeable. You will be offered a tasting of 3 wines from the estate per person.

Located opposite the beach, Café Léoube welcomes you for lunch: two starters to share and a main course (from the menu) will be served outside with your feet in the sand (drinks not included). You can also enjoy a glass of rosé from Château Léoube during your meal. Wine estate located in Bormes les Mimosas, pioneer of organic wine in Provence, it is a few kilometres from Saint Tropez on one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe that Domaine Léoube draws its origins, captures the scents and cultivates its know-how.

We continue this day with a visit to the Domaine de l'Anglade, facing the large beach of Le Lavandou. Owned by the Van Doren family for three generations, the Domaine de l'Anglade is the only wine estate in the heart of Lavandou. Surrounded by pine trees and Provence canes, the estate of about forty hectares, including 18 hectares of vines, is integrated into a green setting by the sea. You will be offered a visit and discovery of the estate, its history, discovery of the grape varieties during a short walk on the wine estate. A tasting (in the cellar or outside) of 4 wines accompanied by toast and tapenade, local goat cheese will close your day in this area outside the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

On the way back, your guide will drive along the coastline passing by Le Rayol-Canadel, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
