At the Domaine du Bourrian in Gassin, we're offering an exclusive 2-hour cooking class with a private chef from Ghayda Aouni's team in the winery's kitchens. Lunch will take place in the winery's gardens (or indoors). The menu consist of an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by a wine from the estate. From 12 years of age.

- A bottle of rosé inspiration is offered during the preparation of the different dishes; then a bottle of wine at the table (color of your choice) for 2 to 4 people and 2 bottles for 5 to 8 people.

Further information

It's at the heart of a wine estate in Gassin, and more specifically at Domaine du Bourrian, that we're proposing this wine & gastronomy offer. From mid-April to mid-October 2026, the estate will host a private cooking class with a chef from Ghayda Aouni's team.

 

We invite you to make your own way to the estate (on request, transfers available in classe e (max 2 people) or classe v (max 7 people/van) at extra cost: contact@beyondthewine.fr). A member of the estate staff will welcome you with the chef; the cooking class lasts around 2 hours in the estate kitchens, followed by lunch of around 2 hours. The total duration of this culinary experience is 4 hours. Capacity: 2 to 8 people, small private group (from 12 years old).

 

Following the cooking class, we suggest you extend the gastronomic experience with lunch in the estate's gardens (lunch indoors in case of rain or excessive heat). Your lunch will be accompanied by a bottle of Domaine du Bourrian wine (1 bottle for 2 to 4 people, 2 bottles for 6 to 8 people).
