Create your own wine ; a workshop for those who have always wanted to make their own wine! Blending is the art of making a wine from different grape varieties. And as there are many of them in our region, the possible combinations are numerous.
Armed with your tasting sheet, your test tube and your glasses, make the blend that suits you and compare it with that of the estate. 5% Grenache? 10%? 30% Cinsault? Step into the shoes of an oenologist for a morning (2h-2h30) in one of the most beautiful wineries of Cogolin at the Domaine du Val d'Astier run by the Seignez family or Ramatuelle at the Domaine Rinaudo, new estate in the area. We will guide you step by step in this workshop which does not require any particular knowledge just the desire to learn more and have a good time.
A visit to the cellar and a tasting of the estate's wines are included after the blending workshop, accompanied by a Provencal snack or cold meat & cheese plater.
As this is a seasonal offer, this activity takes place from October to December 2025.
